Yoann, who prefers to be called Yan, was 23 when we had our first photoshoot. I first encountered “Yan” in a restaurant where he was not only tending the bar but was also a co-owner.
He has had a stint in law enforcement and practices martial arts, making him a man full of surprises!
At the outset, he struck me as rather rugged, masculine, and particularly steadfast in his beliefs. I was concerned that he’d be too rigid during the photoshoot and wouldn’t allow himself to be directed. Admittedly, things were a tad slow and awkward at first during the shoot. But fortunately, as we got to know each other, the ambiance lightened. Later on, Yoann turned out to be quite affable and pleasant.
He approached me again for a second photoshoot, and this time, he was immediately at ease. I’ll be sure to post that session as soon as I can.
