Meet Peter, a spirited 19-year-old who diverges from the mainstream. While many of his friends spend hours pumping iron, Peter opts for a different path. He might not be a gym junkie, but this doesn’t mean he isn’t athletic. Football, swimming, and occasionally zipping around town on his skateboard, he does it all. His lean yet toned physique is a testament to his love for various sports.
But what truly sets Peter’s heart racing is electronic music. This young clubber has danced his way through almost every music festival Europe has to offer. When we first met to discuss the photoshoot, in a gesture that conveyed a thousand emotions, he raised his arm. Revealing a tapestry of festival and party bands, his eyes, heavy with nostalgia, met mine. A touch of sadness shadowed his face as he asked, “Will I need to cut them off?” Without hesitation, I assured him, “Of course not.” That instantly brought a beaming smile to his face.
There’s something incredibly captivating about Peter. Not just his love for music and sports but the raw, genuine passion he carries within. It’s this fiery spirit that I aimed to capture in my lens.
